David Zinczenko's articles, books, and observations on "Eat This, Not That", "Drink This, Not That", "Buy This, Not That", etc. are poorly thought out and a waste of journalism.

For those of you fortunate enough to not know of his work he is the editor-in-chief for Men's Health magazine that thinks he has the solution to all your problems by finding a remote substitue to whatever you are enjoying that is not good for you.  For example:

DRINK THIS

NOT THAT

Protein: 8g

Serving Size: 12 oz (Small)

I mean "OK" that is pretty obvious that a milkshake is not as healthy as a glass of lowfat chocolate milk.  He highlights obvious no contest comparisons and gets recognition for it.   I do not understand.   Either massive amounts of people in this world are that ignorant about health facts or this guy knows how to pass around enough kool-aid for this piece of crap to become a success at bookstores.  If the public is this ignorant I think I will write spin offs that will put his books to shame.
